Hi Tapper Kithul Treacle

The concentrated sweet sap of Kithul palm flower (Caryota urens). It is used in traditional sweet meats due to its characteristic flavour.

Available as: 350g slab and 500g tub

Hi Tapper Kithul Jaggery

Chunks of crystallized treacle made to a traditional recipe in a traditional way, poured into moulds. It is an ideal substitute for sugar.
